Get to know the team better, uncover hidden talents, or simply enjoy working together more – all of this works best with music. The Ossiach Abbey, with its beautiful surroundings and lakeside location, invites teams to leave the stressful daily grind behind for a few hours. Without any prior experience, teams from all fields can take part in our unique program.
This team-building experience encourages groups to connect with one another, let go, or even let off some steam. Guided sessions inspire participants to gain a completely new perspective on themselves and their roles within the group. Themes like strengthening decision-making abilities or improving communication can be set as focus points. The program often leads to goosebump-worthy moments when the group begins to communicate through music without words. After each exercise, experienced group dynamics experts guide discussions to analyze and reflect on the experience, providing valuable insights into the team and its dynamics.
The content, duration, and group configurations of the team-building sessions are tailored individually to meet client needs. From percussion and dance to creating a soundtrack for a silent film, anything is possible. Flexible arrangements can also be made for culinary delights, overnight stays, and retreats. No prior musical knowledge is necessary for team-building. The focus is on openness, letting go, and experimentation.
WHERE DOES THE TEAM-BUILDING TAKE PLACE?
At the Carinthian Music Academy in Ossiach Abbey (CMA). In addition to seminar and workshop spaces, accommodation and catering can also be booked.
HOW LONG DOES A TEAM-BUILDING SESSION LAST?
Team-building sessions can be booked as half-day or full-day events. They can also be combined with corporate seminars at the CMA or sports activities offered by our partner organizations.
HOW LARGE ARE THE GROUPS?
Groups consist of 4 to 42 participants.
Results are evaluated collectively with an experienced group dynamics expert who helps participants reflect on and understand their roles within the team. Each team-building session is unique and tailored to its participants. Depending on the group, various focus areas can be addressed, such as:
