Julia Hofer
Julia Hofer quickly became a sought-after bassist in the German and Austrian music scene after completing her Bachelor’s and Master’s studies in Vienna, Cologne, and Mannheim. She performs on both double bass and electric bass in the ensemble of Vereinigte Bühnen Wien and teaches at the Gustav Mahler Privatuniversität in Klagenfurt and Jam Music Lab in Vienna. Julia is featured in numerous lesson and interview videos on the internet, primarily produced for Thomann’s YouTube channel.
On tour and on television, she has been seen in various settings, including the ARD Sportschau during the 2021 UEFA European Championship, ORF’s Starmania, and performances with the heavytones and the No Angels.
