Master Classes for Clarinet, Oboe, and Bassoon at CMA – Inspiration and Growth at Ossiach Abbey

From February 9 to 12, 2025, the Carinthian Music Academy invites you to the Master Classes for Clarinet, Oboe, and Bassoon. Participants will have the opportunity to deeply engage with their instrument—and, above all, with themselves—at a venue that fosters creativity, exchange, and artistic development. Guided by internationally renowned instructors, you will experience intensive days of programming, including individual lessons, workshops on reed-making, mental training, and chamber music instruction. These sessions will not only refine your technical skills but also reignite your passion for music. Additionally, an accompanist will be available to support participants in performing a variety of works. The highlight of the program is a joint concert at Ossiach Abbey.

This is a time when music is not only perfected but also deeply felt—set in an environment ideally suited for inspiration and concentration.

The Master Classes are open to music students, professional musicians, advanced music students, and ambitious amateurs. Existing ensembles are also warmly welcomed.
